We require a deposit of 50% of the total tour price to confirm a reservation. The balance will have to be paid 30 days before the start date of your tour.
You can pay for bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or check. We accept personal credit cards but all these ones have a fee attached over our final price (Visa 4.15%, MasterCard 3.28%). Also, there are no fees attached to debit cards and we are not capable of accepting cash.
When we confirm your reservation you will obtain a receipt attached, a copy of your itinerary, and an information package about your tour.
There are some important considerations before you reserve your holiday with Machu Travel Peru:
• The most part of our holidays are for all ages, but they do require a reasonable level of fitness. Some of the excursions will require walking and many, on uneven paths. Even, some walks at high altitudes will require a little extra effort. If you have any previous questions don't hesitate to contact us.
• Vaccinations are recommended for some regions of South America, in particular, if you want to travel to Amazon, yellow fever and malaria vaccines will be required. Please consult your doctor or traveler medical center for advice previously to your trip. Also, get advice from your local consulate on visa requirements for all South American countries. Different nationalities require distinct visa requirements.
• When you make a reservation, you must have a Passport with at least 6 months of validity that cover your return date. If you are traveling on a passport from the United States of America please check before with immigration in your country.
