Magical, majestic, fun, wonderful! All the logistics were planned and executed very well. We felt well taken care of and safe. Good and prompt communication with the office and guides. Thanks for introducing us to your beautiful country!
Services of the guide: Jose Luiz was knowledgeable and caring. He developed good rapport with us, especially our kids. Esmeralda was also a good guide in Machu Picchu.
Services of the drivers: Edwin was always on time and we always felt safe even on the winding and hilly roads.
Hotels services: We booked our own hotels but received recommendations from Machu Travel. Hotels were comfortable and clean and in good locations.
