Overall great! Very organized. Saw lots, great small groups, personal attention.
Services of the guide: Sol was fantastic! Superb personal attention. Responded immediately to any inquiry. We had an issue with Peru rail (outside of tour operators control) and Sol made changes to accommodate our timing and contacted them directly to follow up.
Services of the drivers: Great. Clean cars, very pleasant experience.
Hotels services: Ramada Costa del Sol was great. Large clean rooms. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was good. Only tea in rooms, no coffee. Not a big issue. Water pressure was strong. No cold water on arrival but it turned back on a couple hours later and it was on for the rest of our stay. Hotel in Agua Caliéntese, Casa del Sol, also great. Huge room. Shower was fine. Overall good experience.
