Peruvian adventure

This was our first trip in Peru and we were lucky to find over internet Machu Travel Peru as our trip planner. We read some good reviews in Tripadvisor and were happily surprised how quickly and smoothly the planning went.
We had a small group of 4 and decided to take a slow program. We gave our ideas what we wanted to see as well as hotel preferences and Lizbeth made the perfect private program for us. All communication and paperwork was quick and clear.
Our lovely host Sol met us in Cusco airport and took care of us during our whole stay in Peru. You can feel safe and all information about your trip and guides is provided daily by Sol.
It was good we decided to take arrival day afternoon free in Cusco to acclimatize better so we were able to start the program in good spirits and health.
We had nice guided trips in Sacred Valley and 2 days visit to Machu Picchu. We did very right choice as 2 days were completely different: one cloudy and another with total sunshine. We were lucky to have Joel as our guide. He picked the right speed climbing up, finding right time to visit different corners with no big crowds. Besides his great sense of humor he was an expert photographer! We can recommend him to everyone going to MP. All the train and bus rides as well as taking bags to hotel in MP was well organized by Machu Travel.
We continued our trip with a private van from Cusco to Puno. It was a long ride but our guide Cesar made it interesting with lots of stops and talks of Peru lifestile also nowadays.
Visiting the floating islands of Uros was the best way to end the 8 day tour.
