We loved our trip with Machu Travel Peru! Communication via WhatsApp with Sol helped everything go smoothly and assured us of the plans each day. Their choices of hotels, itineraries, etc. were excellent.
Services of the guide: All of our guides were very knowledgeable and competent. Esmeralda who gave us our Machu Picchu tour was a wonderful photographer and pointed out all the good spots to take pics. This was extremely valuable to us since those will be our lasting memories! Duska taught us so much about Sacred Valley and Cusco.
Services of the drivers: All of our drivers were friendly and were safe, good drivers. They navigated all locations well even surrounded by gigantic tourist buses!
Hotels services: We cannot day enough about Casona Antigua. It was beautiful and the service was above and beyond. Pedro made our time there feel like home. We enjoyed wine by the outdoor fire pits, and the benefits of having an excellent restaurant right in our hotel. We had delicious breakfasts each morning and when we were too tired to go out, grab a quick dinner. Tierra Viva was very modern and had everything we needed. In Lima, we were in a great location here. In Aguas Calientes, the hotel was fine and it was great that they had breakfast available at 5 am. The train was a bit loud in our room and the bathroom in the lobby was lackluster but overall, it was a fine place to stay for one night.
