Excellent superb outstanding experience

I want to thank Machu Travel (John, Sol, Elvis) for their professionalism and special attention and care. Sol was our coordinator and was very attentive, even a week before my travel. She was in communication the whole entire time. Making sure I made it to every destination. Sol went above and beyond to make sure we I OK and safe. On my last day, she even came to the hotel to guide me back to the airport. I was very impressed and such a thoughtful gesture.

John, what a wonderful and exceptional human being. He was our day to day guide. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect. He was very punctual, patient, fun, took pictures for me and very nurturing to my needs as I was suffering from altitude sickness. He never once left my side. Any questions I had, he was always ready to give me a full history lesson which I truly enjoyed. I was in Cusco for 5 full days and from the moment I flew in, I was on the go. Never once did he complain or was negative considering all the strenuous excursion I had picked.

Elvis was our driver and was always on time. Anytime I needed him to make any stops, he did not hesitate. Very polite.

Machu Travel made this experience UNFORGETTABLE, MAGICAL, EXCITING, SAFE and overall, their company made it that much more better. I was very sad when my trip came to an end because they all made it feel like i was family. Just a great experience and overall have ZERO COMPLAINTS. I am very happy I decided to choose Machu Travel.

I inquired with many travel agencies when I decided to travel to Peru and I must say, MACHU TRAVEL WAS THE BEST!!!!
