Padmapriya Jagannathan: Once in a life time fantastic experience Overall very happy with Machu tours and the way everything was coordinated from the first email to Tania. Very flexible and accommodated all ours needs, including dietary needs. Very detailed information was provided. All transfers and transitions were seamlessly handled (Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Puno – Lima). Our highlight was the short Inca Trail and Titicaca Lake. Sonia the guide to the short Inca Trail was fabulous. All the guides were very friendly (Sol, Efrain, Cesar, Ever) We are grateful to all of them.
Vidya Akella: Overall this was a great family vacation There was a good mix of various activities such as city tour of monuments/ historical sites, ancient/sacred sites, nature walk, etc. we had six different guides through our travel and they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I ´d like to make special mention of our guide Sonia who led us on the Short Inca trail. She was exceptional, especially since we had 3 children in our group! Hotel stays were very confortable except for minor issues at Aguas Calientes. We had multiple coordinators as well who were also very good. Special mentions to Sol who was in touch very regularly through the Cusco part & made sure we were confortable! Last but not the least, many thanks to Tania for arranging the package! We had very anxiety-free, relaxed vacations!
