Once in lifetime fantastic experience

Just returned from a wonderful 3-week holiday in fantastic Peru. My wife and I had the most brilliant experience. Machu Travel played a significant role in delivering our unique and memorable holiday. Machu Travel were fantastic from the first contact with Lizbeth (Sales Manager). Lizbeth’s professional, prompt, flexible and pleasant approach to our bespoke travel plans made it so easy for us to schedule our route through Peru. The organisation and coordination throughout the three weeks of internal travel, tourist’s trips, hotel bookings, hikes etc. was faultless. During our stay Machu Travel maintained almost daily contact updating and reminding us of our next scheduled activity and checking that everything was to our satisfaction. It was reassuring to know that if a problem arose that the support was available 24/7. During our stay in Peru both Vanessa and in particular Sol the local representatives were excellent and provided a first class service. In addition, the local guides used by Machu Travel on all our tours, excursions and hikes were of a very high quality. All of the guides were engaged, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending Machu Travel to any potential traveller to Peru. They can cater for all travel requirements from the backpacker to the 5 start traveller and anything in between. I suspect all customers regardless of travel preference will be treated to a first class, professional and friendly service. I will be recommending any friends or family who are considering a trip to Peru to look no further than Machu Travel for all their travel requirements.
