Outstanding customer care!

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Peru and can't wait to share our wonderful experience, all thanks to the exceptional planning and execution by the very skilled and professional team of "Machu Travel Peru". Lisbeth helped us plan the trip paying full attention to all our specific needs and wishes, starting with hotels to the places to visit. Machu Picchu had been on my bucket list for a long time so we started with their already existed 7d/6n itinerary. But we wanted to see the Rainbow mountain as well, which was added to our itinerary without any problem. We belong to an older adults age group so our big concern was our tolerance and abilities to travel at the high altitude and hiking. Her suggestions to take ATV tour for the Rainbow mountain was excellent.
After the initial planning, the company did a detailed work on where we will be at what time, who will pick us up and where will we be dropped off. They booked our local flights and train journeys. At that point we got to know the operations manager "Sol Caceres". Her outstanding customer service involved giving personal attention to all the details. She even came to receive us and drop us back at the airport in Cusco. Sol gave us her phone number and we were able to get in touch with her promptly if there was anything we wanted clarification of or changed.
This was our first experience with a travel agency and we were a bit speculative as how it will go. All the staff of the agency is very knowledgeable and with their vast connections and resources in the area, we got the perfect English speaking and highly knowledgeable guides. Not even once we had to hail a taxi/Uber because their driver and car would be there for us. We did not have to worry about anything at all! A very fun and stress free trip. I would recommend "Machu Travel Peru" to anyone without any hesitation. We wish they were involved in trips to other places in the world too!
