Reliable and nice people

Machu Travel Peru made for us an individual - personalized - 12-day trip/tour in Peru exactly according to our demands and requirements. We traveled as a family (me, my husband and my two children of 14 and 17 years old). The most important thing: we felt safe all the time and we really had a great time in Peru. We had a couple of guides and they were all friendly with very good English: Al (super friendly guy!) in Lima, María (so nice!) on our Ruta del Sol and Daniel in Cusco and last but not least Importantly, Percy in Titicaca. (A true professional!!) The really nice thing was that when we wanted to adjust our plans, they were very flexible. That is why I highly recommend this agency. They delivered exactly what they promised. The only thing that seems a little strange to me is that we had to pay the full amount of our trip payment the month before we arrived. On the other hand, everything went well and communication was very good with both Liz and Sol. Thank you for making our trip to Peru fantastic!
