Our travel consultant, Flor was amazing. She helped me in organizing my 10 days trip to Peru. She was very efficient in answering any questions I had. Her customer service was awesome. She would get back to me in less than 30 mins if I had any queries. She is very respectful and friendly and I loved working with her.
Sol is the Operations Manager. Another gem in Machu Travel Peru team. She was in constant touch with me the minute I landed in Lima to the final goodbye. Everything was fulfilled according to the package including transport, hotels, meals, tours and airport pick-ups and drop-offs. It was superbly organized and we were amazed at how smoothly everything ran. All the tour guides (Roxana- Lima, Joel and Olenka-Paracas, Carlos- Cusco and Machu Pichu, Omar- Cusco driver)throughout our trip were excellent and very knowledgeable and very friendly. They gave us an extensive tour of all the places.
