They go above and beyond

We spent two wonderful weeks in Peru for our 10th wedding anniversary. The service set us up with a pre-planned itinerary that was customized to our preferences of what to see in Peru. When we got there, everything was perfectly arranged. Taxis were always waiting for us at the appointed times, tours were always paid for properly, and the guides always spoke English (our Spanish wasn't great).
There were some extenuating circumstances that meant that our itinerary couldn't go off as planned and the service moved things around for us so we could hit all the highlights. They kept us in the loop as they made the needed changes so we never felt in the dark or out of control of what was happening. Sol, in particular, was invaluable and really made our trip special. We can't rate them highly enough.
