You have a very efficient staff, the hotels were perfect, I left my luggage in Lima at the hotel and the concierge deliver my luggage with a smile and no cost.

Our driver in Ollantaytambo met us at the train, helped us with our luggage and was extremely courteous. Our guide at Machu Picchu was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to my husband who has mobility issues.
The restaurant in Aguas Caliente was excellent. The staff at the hotel transported our bag to the train.
